Dipotassium Phosphate (DKP)
DKP is used as a moisture-retaining agent, acidity adjuster, and chelating agent in the food industry, and as a nutrient substance in fermentation. In feed processing it serves as a nourishing supplement — a low-sodium alternative to sodium phosphates for stabilizer and buffer applications.
