Wuhan Waking Lion Chemicals has launched a new English-language Knowledge Hub on wakinglionphos.com, aimed at the international buyers, technical managers, and procurement teams who source our phosphates but haven’t previously had an English technical resource written directly by the manufacturer.
The Knowledge Hub launches with guides covering the questions our export team hears most often from customers evaluating a new supplier or a new product:
- How to read a phosphate Certificate of Analysis — which of the numbers on a COA actually matter
- Choosing the right SAPP leavening grade for your bakery application
- STPP dosage and moisture limits for frozen shrimp processing
- EU E-number compliance for the full phosphate product range
- Packaging and container loading for sea freight shipments
- Long-term contracts versus spot buying for procurement planning
“Most of the technical questions we answer by email are the same handful of questions, again and again, from different buyers in different markets,” said a member of Waking Lion’s export team. “Writing them down properly, in English, means a buyer evaluating us for the first time can get a straight answer immediately, rather than waiting on a time-zone-delayed email exchange.”
New guides will be added on a rolling basis, drawing on the same technical and quality teams that have supported Waking Lion’s production since the company began manufacturing sodium tripolyphosphate — among the first companies in China to do so — in the 1950s.
